To support our rapid growth, we are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our office in Kochi. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for owning Product Delivery and Project management for our multiple clients for current product stack and upcoming initiatives. Looking for a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve business goals. Help to upskill and guide our technical teams by creating simple architecture solutions for complex problems, finding new way of doing things, improve platform stability, security and performance using technology.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

This role is crucial in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Role Overview:The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our key clients in the US wealth management sector. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs, and effectively aligning our AI-enabled Digital assistants products to meet their business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of both technology and the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the wealth management sector.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions utilizing our AI-enabled DA products.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with the C level executive and product development teams to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement of our product offerings.
• Conduct regular business reviews, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients to maximize value from our solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Understand the client's business priorities, pain points, overall technology landscape, organization, timeline and priorities for capitalizing their return on investment. Understand what success looks like to the client, how our solution fills that need and is able to measure our success against it.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology or a closely-related field. A Management degree from a reputed institute is an added advantage.
• 7 plus years of experience
